白细胞介素

白细胞介素(Interleukins)简称白介素，又简称为ILs，是一种在白细胞或者免疫细胞间相互作用的淋巴因子，它和血细胞生产因子同属于细胞因子；两者相互协调，相互作用，共同完成造血和免疫调节功能。白介素在调控细胞进程（细胞生长、分化和移动）和刺激免疫反应方面起着重要作用。最初是在白细胞中发现，目前发现它们可由许多种细胞产生，包括巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞等具有实体结构和功能的细胞。

因此，白介素在传递信息，激活与调节免疫细胞，介导T、B细胞活化、增殖与分化、炎症反应中起到非常重要的作用。
